Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are issued by Retail Buyer Profits (“Retail Buyer Profits”, “we”, “us”), the seller and operator of the RBP Calculator website, the RBP Course, and related services. Retail Buyer Profits is the full legal and trading name of the business you contract with, based in the United States; contact us at support@rbpcalculator.com. When you buy or use our products you are contracting with Retail Buyer Profits. By creating an account or using the calculator you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for everything done through your account. Tell us right away at support@rbpcalculator.com if you think someone else has access. Accounts are for a single person and should not be shared.

3. Not financial advice

The calculator produces estimates based on the numbers you enter. It is an educational tool only and is not financial, investment, tax, appraisal, or legal advice. Always do your own due diligence and consult licensed professionals before making an offer or closing a deal. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

4. Acceptable use

Please do not:

• Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the calculator or its output as your own product.
• Try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts.
• Upload unlawful content or property data you do not have the right to use.
• Use automated tools to submit bulk requests or spam our support forms.

5. Your content

The property records, notes, and numbers you save stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them so we can run the service for you. You can delete saved properties at any time, or ask us to delete your account and its data.

6. Our content

The Retail Buyer Profits name, logo, calculator method, page designs, and written material are owned by Retail Buyer Profits and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use them only as part of normal use of the service.

7. Payments, subscriptions and billing

RBP Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually, and the RBP Course is available as a one-time purchase or in installments. Prices are shown on our pricing page and are exclusive of any sales tax or VAT, which is calculated and added at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing page or through the customer portal link on your receipt; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you keep access until then. If you upgrade or downgrade a plan the change applies immediately and charges are pro-rated.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are also governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Our own refund policy explains how to request a refund.

8. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these terms. When we make a significant change we will update the date at the top of this page.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Retail Buyer Profits is not liable for lost profits, lost deals, lost data, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the calculator. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
