Watch what one RBP deal does for a business

These are unedited videos from students running the same framework the calculator is built on — retail buyers, MLS exposure, and offers investors can't match.

I bought the Retail Buyer Profits course and it was a game-changer. I've only been doing this since June 1st and I've already closed 8 deals using the systems he teaches — pulling buyers off the MLS and going after retail buyers. I just closed one for $22,430, my first deal where the end buyer used a conventional loan. Investing in that course was one of the best things I've ever done.

~$35k neton a deal he couldn't have done otherwise
6 offers in one weekend~$35,000 netDead deal turned paid
We could only pay $80,000 as a fix-and-flip, but the seller drew a hard line at $100,000. That's where the Retail Buyer Program came in. We listed on the MLS at $150k and six offers came in the first weekend. After commissions, FHA closing costs, a new HVAC and a punch list, we still netted around $35k. We'd never have been able to help this seller without this tool in our toolbox.

Questions people ask

Do I have to pay to use the calculator?
No. The full Retail Buyer Profits calculation — comps, condition presets, all nine expense lines, the wholesale comparison, and the stoplight — is free and always will be. You only pay if you want the app to remember your properties for you.
I was a member of the old site. What happens to my properties?
Everything we imported is still yours. Original members get 60 days of Pro on the house, starting the first time you sign in. Even after that, your saved properties never disappear — you can always view them, export them to CSV, and delete them. You just need Pro to add or edit properties.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, in two clicks from your Preferences page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle. Contact us and we'll sort it out.
