How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order details, or email support@rbpcalculator.com from the address on your account and we will help you.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel RBP Pro at any time from your billing page or through the customer portal link on your receipt. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Paddle’s refund policy also applies to all orders.
