Where the house is and how big it is. Square footage powers every repair estimate.

The total heated or living square footage of the home. Used to estimate total repair costs.Repairs = square footage x the cost per square foot from the condition you pick.

Condition Info

A one-tap repair estimate based on how rough the house is.

What the seller wants versus what you can really get it for.

RBP Info

Your costs to sell retail, your list price, and the profit you need.

Realtor commissions, repair costs, concession credits, and closing costs. Toggle each line between a flat dollar amount and a percentage.Percentage lines are calculated on the projected sold price, not the list price.
